Welcome to Sew Altered Style!
Katie and I have created this space as a resource for the sewing community; we hope that you will join us for what we hope will be a space for taking our sewing adventures to the next level!
What we discovered, over the course of the last couple of years, is that not only is blogging a terribly isolated experience – but that we also wanted to tackle more complicated topics and garments – and it would be SO much better to have company along for the ride.
We hope that you will learn more about our story, join us for a series of wardrobe making over 2018, participate in our “soon-to-be-announced” instagram photohop, and become active in our facebook group! We really want this to be a place where (the collective) we can all find clothes that fit our own personal styles and goals, while expressing our need to create.
